- Rapids Technical Director Paul Bravo to leave…(coloradorapids.com)
Earlier today it was reported of the Rapids having interest in 24 year old Mexican International striker, Alan Pulido. Reports are also that Bravo is on his way to visit Pulido at his current club, Greek 1st division side Olympiakos, of the Greek Super League where Pulido is rumored to be unhappy in his current situation.
Bravo’s flying to Greece right away makes sense because Pulido has featured only once this season and if he can get Pulido to sign on the dotted line right away then hopefully the Rapids can get him here in time for preseason. And not to mention Pulido’s current contract with Olympiakos ends June 29th and the Rapids cant afford to wait on another striker though to mid season like they did with Irish International striker Kevin Doyle last season.

I’m not one to give Paul Bravo a ton of credit with this team, but what I will give him credit for is signing our young talent to extensions with the club. As we saw was the case towards the end of last season and is again happening with Dillon Powers signing what is said to be a 3 year extension, though the Rapids dont disclose contract information publicly. Thank you Dillon Powers for your time so far and in the future with the Rapids!
Who’s next to get an extension?
