Greenspan returns, Serna to have surgery…

Good news and bad news from the Rapids today.

The good news, 2015 MLS SuperDraft 2nd round pick and US Naval Academy graduate Joseph Greenspan has been reassigned by the US Navy to the Denver area and will be rejoining the Rapids while he is here. Greenspan is reported to be up for selection for Monday’s game against the Timbers.
The bad news is thanks to FC Dallas, Rapids midfielder Dillon Serna will have season ending knee surgery soon and is expected to miss anywhere from 6-8 months.

O’Neill, Serna called to U.S. Men’s camp…

Dillon Serna and Shane O’Neill have been called to the U.S. Men’s National Team January camp. The camp runs from Jan 12-Feb 8, with a friendlies scheduled against the Chilean National Team on Jan 28th in Chile and against Panama Feb 8th here in the US.
